Near The Grove is the Al Khail Road, which is a convenient way to get around the city. It will take 15 minutes by car to reach the world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall with singing fountains, oceanarium, ice arena. It will take 23 minutes to reach the Dubai Marina district with skyscrapers and yacht club. It takes the same amount of time to reach Dubai International Airport.

The Grove will have a swimming pool, fitness center, children's and sports grounds, barbecue area, car park with charging stations for electric cars. CCTV will be installed throughout the complex and security will be on duty. Residents will be able to use the smart house system. In 5-10 minutes walk from the complex are located:

• Aster pharmacy;
• King's College Hospital;
