Safa Two is a continuation of the famous Safa One project. The complex is an 83-storey skyscraper with a view of the Burj Al Arab hotel, artificial archipelagos, Dubai's "palm trees" The World Island and Palm Jumeirah. The interiors of the apartments were designed by Swiss jewelry brand De Grisogono.
The tower itself is an architectural fashion statement that houses studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses offering unparalleled views of Bulgari Island, World Islands, Palm Jumeirah, and Burj Al Arab. There’s also a specially designed artificial beach on the 11th floor if you feel like dipping your toes into tropical waters without leaving the building.
The tower’s facade features a centrally placed gemstone that illuminates the building with a ruby-colored laser show which can be observed from kilometers away. All 83 floors are built in a futuristic style, with levels 1 to 72 housing luxury units and levels 73 to 83 housing deluxe suites and penthouses from the “Skylofts Collection”.
In addition to lavishness, Safa Two architects also considered the practical aspect of living, namely how flexible and modifiable your apartment is. Though varying by layout and size, all bedrooms in Safa Two apartments can be easily transformed into efficient offices, courtesy of the pull-down “Murphy” beds installed there. Likewise, mirror partition allows Safa Two residents to amplify their living spaces by closing the kitchens. Sliding bars will no doubt become a party favorite by allowing more mobility between rooms.
