Knightsbridge is located at the back of a residential neighborhood, close to the major thoroughfares of Dubai: Sheikh Zayed Highway and Al Ain Road. In 15-20 minutes (17-25 km) you can get by car to the city center, the skyscraper Burj Khalifa, beaches or Dubai International Airport. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach Al Maktoum International Airport (47 km) or Dubai Marina with its famous skyscrapers and marina (32 km).

In the center of the complex will be a recreation area with a swimming pool, serpentine, waterfall and a wooden podium for yoga classes. A few minutes away on foot, in the Meydan 11 neighborhood, a lagoon will be created in which residents can swim. Stores and restaurants will open nearby. Each villa or townhouse will have a swimming pool, elevator, private cinema and garden with barbecue area, as well as smart home and automated security systems.

Kent College and the Lebanese French-speaking school (LLFPM) are nearby. Within 15-25 minutes by car there are GEMS and Hartland International Schools, King's College London private hospital and major shopping centers Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates.
