FIA is located near the Emirates Road exit. It provides access to different parts of Dubai. By car it will take 30-40 minutes to get to the largest shopping center Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa Tower, Dubai International Airport and the bay with beaches and attractions without traffic jams.

The FIA complex is still under construction. The territory will have a developed infrastructure for recreation: swimming pools, playgrounds, sports, basketball, soccer grounds, ping-pong tables, a park with bicycle paths and benches, a merry-go-round, and a children's steam train.

In the neighborhood of Dubailand created conditions for life. For 10-15 minutes you can get from the complex to the sports village with a tennis court, children's town with a rock-climbing wall, suspension bridges, tree houses, an artificial reservoir with a sandy beach and cafes, golf club Trump International. It takes the same amount of time to get to two schools, four kindergartens and the Mira Town Center shopping center with stores, ateliers, farm stores and restaurants. The neighborhood has a pet store and veterinary clinic, as well as a separate mini dog park.
