Al Furjan is a quiet, respectable neighborhood between two of Dubai's key thoroughfares: Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed ibn Zayed Road. They are convenient for traveling to other parts of the Emirate or to the Gulf. The road to Marina Beach will take a little more than 15 minutes without traffic jams - it is about 8 km on the road. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is a 30-minute drive away. Discovery Gardens Metro Station 2 is a short walk from the new complex. You can take this line directly to the airport.
In the building itself you can use a gym, sauna, swimming pool - including a children's pool. Several stores will open in the complex. A covered parking lot is provided for residents.
