Location East Crest

Jumeirah Village Circle is arranged on a radial principle: streets-rays depart from the center. On one of these rays is located East Crest. Not far from it there is an exit to Sheikh Mohammed ibn Zayed Road, a little further - on Al Khail Road. These are important thoroughfares in Dubai, which can be used to reach the key areas of the city.

Downtown with the famous Burj Khalifa tower and dancing fountains is 25 minutes by car. Business Bay is a 20-minute drive away, while Dubai Marina with its marina is an 18-minute drive away. The nearest metro station, Dubai Internet City, is a 12-minute drive away. International airports can be reached in 25-30 minutes by car.

Residents of East Crest will be able to swim in the outdoor swimming pool (there is a separate area for children), watch movies in the outdoor cinema, do sports in the fitness center - all these services are available only to apartment owners. All important objects can be quickly reached by car. For example, the road to Stepping Stones, Ladybird Nursery and Kids World kindergartens will take 5 minutes. JSS, GEMS, Victory Heights, Nord Anglia, Arcadia, and Sunmarke schools can be reached in 5-15 minutes. The nearest medical centers - Karama Medical Centre, Emirates Hospital and Park View Mediclinic - are at the same distance from East Crest, and Apex Dental is also in the neighborhood, a 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive away.

There are many parks in and around JVC with walking and jogging paths, sports and playgrounds. A large Circle Mall with hypermarkets, restaurants and a children's room is a 3-minute drive away. The nearest attractions are 15 minutes by car:
