Savanna is located in the Dubai Creek Harbour area near Ras Al Khor Road and Nad Al Hamar Road, which provide easy access to other parts of Dubai. For example, the largest shopping center, Dubai Mall, or the world's tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, can be reached in 18 minutes. Palm Jumeirah Island and Dubai Marina are 30 minutes by car, while Business Bay is 14 minutes from the city's business center. Dubai International Airport is a 15-20 minute drive and Al Maktoum Airport is 40 minutes away. The nearest Creek Metro Station is 15 minutes by car.

Savanna residents will have access to a swimming pool, barbecue area, gym and children's playgrounds. There will also be an open-air movie theater and green areas in the courtyard. There are many attractions near the complex, including:

• Dubai Creek Tower skyscraper with one of the highest observation decks in the city.
• Ras Al-Khor Reserve, where you can see pink flamingos and about 450 other species of animals.
• 700-meter long Creek Beach with white sand. The nearest schools are Deira and Universal American School, a 10-minute drive away. Al Rashidiya and Nadd Al Hamar Medical Centers are a little longer.
