Yeşilyaka Bahçe is located in the district of Büyükçekmece. It is divided by the E-80 highway. In one part of the neighborhood there is predominantly low-rise development: private villas, residential complexes and residences of the country's top officials. In the second part of the district there is mass construction under the Istanbul renovation program. Therefore, the prices for houses, including townhouses, in Yeşilyaka Bahçe are considered optimal now - when the neighborhood is built up and the metro station is opened, the value of real estate will increase.
