The project, which is adjacent to the E5, one of the most important transfer centers of Istanbul, is right next to Atatürk Airport, Metrobus and Tram, as well as the Metro and Havaray, which will be implemented soon. There are 234 residences, 117 offices and 310 stores in the TORKAM E5 project, which has a land area of 20776 m². There are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 type residences in TORKAM E5, which has different housing types. While 1+1 apartments in the project start from 53 m², 2+1 apartments start from 70 m², the usage areas of 3+1 apartments are designed as 120 m².
