Tersane İstanbul is an elite residential neighborhood in Beyoğlu. It is a historical neighborhood of Istanbul in the European part of the city, on the shore of the Golden Horn Bay. The project is being built on the former Ottoman naval shipyard, which in the past made Istanbul (then Constantinople) the most important trade center of the Mediterranean and the Middle East. New houses and hotels appear near the famous sights of the city: Galata Tower, Dolmabahce Palace, Suleymaniye Mosque.

Taşkızak Tersanesi Caddesi Road passes next to Tersane İstanbul, which is convenient for getting to other points of the city. By car it will take 22 minutes to get to the Aya Sofia Mosque, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Galata Tower, Dolmabahce Palace and Süleymaniye Mosque in 10 minutes. To get to the Asian part of the city, you need to cross the Galata Bridge and catch a ferry at Yenıkapı Wharf. The nearest metro station Şişhane is a 30-minute walk away.
Tersane İstanbul is still under construction. It is scheduled for completion in 2025. The area will have a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, park, spa. Concierge will be available for household issues. Nearby schools Hasköy Ortaokulu Eski Binası and Dilnihat Ozyegin Anatolian, grocery store Aziz Bakkal are open. Okla hypermarket, Istiklal Mall and Pinokyo kindergarten are within a 30-minute walk.
Tersane İstanbul residents will have access to Istanbul Museum Square with four major world-class museums. The square is connected to the centuries-old Ottoman Garden by the Sultan's Gate. Taksim Square and the famous Istiklal Street with cafes, restaurants, stores and the famous red monorail carriage can be reached in 17 minutes by car.
