• Bus stops are located 200-700 m away from the complex. By public transport you can get to the city center, airport and suburbs.
• Akmerkez and Levent metro stations are 1-1.2 km away, or a 15-minute walk.
• Exit to the highway Istanbul - Izmir (O-1) - 4 km away. The road connects the new and old parts of the city through the Bosphorus Strait.
• Istanbul's new airport is 40 km away, or 40-50 minutes by car. Sabiha Gokcen Airport is located 52 km from the LCD, it will take 1-1.5 hours to reach it.

Polat Akatlar is still under construction. The lobby of the house will have several lounge areas with soft furniture, reception, elevators. On the second floor level there will be an open terrace. For 15-20 minutes from the complex you can walk to the shopping centers Kmerkezi and Canyon. Nearby are 5 schools and 8 kindergartens, medical clinics Özel EpiDerm, Cellest and Med. Dr. Devrim Caglarer Avci.
