Ozak Doa Gokturk is located in the north of Istanbul. The nearest metro station Göktürk is 1.5 km away. Near the project is an exit to the highway D-020, which can be used by car to get to the airport and the city center.

• Sabiha Gokcen Airport is 75 km away, it will take about 2 hours to get there.

Ozak Doa Gokturk is still under construction. The internal infrastructure of the complex will include a swimming pool, fitness center, children's and sports grounds, landscaped courtyard with a garden, barbecue area and recreational facilities, promenade. The residential complex will have a security point, video cameras will be installed along the perimeter.

For 5-10 minutes residents can reach the schools Göktürk Turgut Özal Ortaokulu, Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu İlkokulu, lyceum Ali Rıza Özderici Anadolu Lisesi, kindergartens Özel Kemerburgaz Doğa Anaokulu, Kids Country Preschool. Sinasos Sinema, more than 10 restaurants, pharmacies, 2 polyclinics and Kemer Country Club with golf courses, tennis court, fitness club and equestrian dressage sections are located 3-5 km away.
