Built by Nanda Yapi on 37.595 m² land area in Kartal, NND 100 Tower is designed as a single block including 220 residential units. In the project, 144 of the residential units are built as 1+1 while 48 of them as 2+1, 24 of them as 3+1 and 4 of them as penthouses. 3,000 m² land area of the project has been allocated for the recreational areas, walking-tracks- indoor and outdoor playgrounds and sport centers.
