Neva Yali is located in the central part of Bayraklı. In 200 m passes Anadolu Street — part of the state highway D550, which stretches from north to south of Turkey along the western coast. The distance to the center of Izmir is 7 km (10 minutes by car), to Adnan Menderes International Airport is 24 km (30 minutes). Turan train station is 5 minutes away on foot, bus stop with more than 20 routes is 7 minutes away.

The complex will have stores, restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness club, a yoga area, a Pilates studio, a sauna and a hammam. A recreation area with a park and children's playgrounds will be arranged on the closed and guarded territory.
