Eflinpark project of Hak Yapi is situated in Tuzla’s Istasyon neighborhood. Some of the social facilities available in the project are indoor swimming pool, children’s playgrounds, sports courts including basketball court, camellia intertwined with the green living space of the Eflinpark, underground parking lot and security check point. The security staff ensure the wellbeing of the residents through controlled entrance CCTV watch, Intercom units and 24/7 shifting duty.
