The public zone’s finishing is designed in natural shades from light gray to black. For floors and walls large formats of porcelain stoneware are used, combining different textures — from exceptional smoothness to the roughness of natural stone. At the same time, wooden details and accents soften the perception, give a feeling of warmth and tranquility. The floors will exhibit objects of contemporary art.
