The architectural concept of THE NEST HOTEL project was designed by Andra Matin, Indonesia's most influential and acclaimed architect, whose work represents the country at leading global architectural forums and receives international awards. It comprises 40 design apartments, 21 villas, a restaurant, wellness facilities, fitness centers, and other infrastructure. The site, surrounded by water on three sides, ensures complete privacy and natural integration with the environment. Significant attention was paid to creating viewing decks, so every residence offers unique panoramic views of the valleys and jungles of Ubud.
