Ocean City by Parq are beachfront villas on the Indian Ocean, in the east of Bali island, in Chandi Dasa, a popular area for diving and fishing. The complex is being built in a secluded location near rocky beaches, fruit plantations and tropical groves. From the windows will open views of the ocean and Mount Agung, located 20 km away. Completion date - III quarter of 2025.
Ocean City by Parq will feature 250 villas ranging in size from 40 (1 bedroom) to 213 m² (3 bedrooms). The houses on the first line will have a private swimming pool with sea water. The total area of the territory is 15 hectares. Electricity will be generated by solar panels with a capacity of 1 MW. In this project, not only the house, but also the land plot is registered in the ownership.

Ocean City is located off the roads and it will take about 2 hours by car to reach Denpasar City or Ngurah Rai International Airport. Residents will be able to travel around the island by private helicopter for a reasonable fee, the developer plans to organize group and individual routes.
The largest swimming pool in Bali with water from the ocean and a smooth entrance will be built on the territory of the housing estate 100 meters from the shore. Ocean City will have a 300-seat school and kindergarten, an equestrian club with riding lessons and horseback riding, its own organic farm with organic products. There will also be cafes, restaurants, a bakery, an SPA center, a gym and a co-working space. For residents will organize delivery of purchases from supermarkets, pharmacies and stores.
