Gate 11 residential complex is located on the south coast of the island, a 5-minute walk to Seminyak Beach. Ngurah Rai Airport and Denpasar, the main city of the Indonesian province of Bali, are a 20-minute drive away. The center of Kuta is 15 minutes away.

Gate 11 will have a parking lot, its own laundry and a reception area with a concierge. Stores and other useful services will open on the first floor.
