Ecoverse Nuanu is a luxury low-rise development in the southwest of Bali Island, near Nyanya Beach. It is part of the Nuanu City project, which covers 44 hectares between the ocean, Tanah Lot Temple and the resort area of Changu. This area has two rivers and extensive green spaces, spaces for relaxation, learning and creativity. Ecoverse Nuanu features apartments, suites and townhouses ranging from 35m² to 382m². The housing estate will be completed in the second quarter of 2025.

Ecoverse Nuanu is a 1-3 level building with a plot of 0.73 hectares surrounded by trees and rice plantations. The complex will have 50 residences: suites 35-45 m², apartments 62-82 m² and townhouses 127-382 m². All of them are delivered with turnkey finishing, furniture and plumbing. The project uses environmentally friendly materials and technologies: lightweight brick blocks made of recycled coal, electricity from solar panels, waste utilization system, rainwater harvesting.
