AV Complex 7 Villas is located on the southwest coast of Bali, in the center of Changgu village. At a distance of 1.2 km from the complex is Jalan Raya Changu Street, which runs along the ocean through several areas of the island. The drive to Ngurah Raya International Airport by car will take about an hour (18 km), almost the same drive to the center of Denpasar — the capital of Bali (16 km).

There will be a reception and a waiting area with upholstered furniture at the entrance of the complex, a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool and a spa zone on the roof. The courtyard will have pedestrian alleys, green areas, a large outdoor swimming pool and a children's playground. A ground parking lot will be located in front of the building.

Pepito Market Eco Beach and Frestive supermarkets and Avenue Fitness Canggu and Topstretching sports clubs are 5-10 minutes away by car.
