Complex 7 is surrounded by picturesque rice fields. Its architectural design combines a cascade of natural forms, while maintaining external integrity with the environment. This is achieved with the help of bionic techniques characteristic of the eco-tech style. Natural materials are used in the construction — solid Denkira wood and natural Indonesian granite from the Batur quarry. All buildings are highly airtight, protecting residents from insects and reptiles. The lighting of the territory and landscape areas is carried out using solar energy, which makes the complex environmentally and energy efficient.
