Jubail Island
Jubail Island in Abu Dhabi is spread out over 5,000 hectares of mangrove forests and coastal estuaries. LEAD Development proposes the creation of six exceptional residential settlements, accommodating a total of 5,000 residents:
- Marfaa Al Jubail. An oasis of upscale lifestyle with a marina, a clubhouse, boutique apartments, luxury villas, restaurants, and shops.

In 2023, Dubai will witness the grand opening of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, an extraordinary ultra-luxury resort by the renowned global luxury hotel chain, Jumeirah Group.
