Best Apartment Buildings in Dubai

There has been a construction boom in Dubai for many years, with new blocks of flats appearing every year. Owing to intense competition, developers have to create more and more attractive properties which stand out due to the original architectural and infrastructure solutions. We list here some of the most interesting blocks of flats finished recently or still under construction in Dubai.

Chic Tower

A luxury block of flats, Chic Tower is located in Dubai’s financial centre, the Business Bay. The developer DAMAC Properties plans to commission the building in Q3 2025.

Chic Tower residents will have access to all the infrastructure that they need for a comfortable life, with good restaurants, schools, kindergartens and hospitals in close proximity. Chic Tower is located near two major roads: Sheikh Zayed Road and Ras Al Khor Road that you can use to reach the most important locations in Dubai.

Six Senses Residences is a residential complex on Palm Jumeirah developed by Select Group. It is scheduled for completion in Q4 2024.

Sports enthusiasts will be able to go to fitness centres, pools, use running tracks and cycling lanes. There will be a football field, tennis and squash courts, and a separate yoga space. Bvlgari Resort & Residences

You can buy a flat in Bulgari Resort & Residences on Jumeirah Bay Island. Already finished, the building is based on a design of Italian designer Antonio Citterio developed by Meraas.

Bulgari Resort & Residences is a secure gated residential complex with developed infrastructure. It has a swimming pool, spa, fitness hall playground, barbecue area and park where you can walk or jog.

In total 173 flats are on sale in the complex. They all come with a turnkey finish. Bulgari Resort & Residences offers flats with up to three bedrooms or four bedroom penthouses. The prices depend on the floor area (from 137 to 2,705 square metres) and range from USD 1,225,323 to USD 54,458,817.

Cavalli Couture

Cavalli Tower is a seventy-storey residential complex under construction in Dubai Marina off the Persian Gulf. The project was developed in cooperation with famous fashion brand Cavalli. DAMAC Properties expects to commission the property in Q3 2025.

Cavalli Couture Tower is conveniently located just 600 metres away from Sheikh Zayed Road, connecting the area with other parts of Dubai. For instance, it takes only a few minutes to reach Dubai Marina.

The flats in Cavalli Tower have unique design interiors with panoramic windows which add more air and light to the rooms. They also have spacious terraces where  you can spend time admiring the sea.

The main feature of the building is a cascading waterfall with water flowing from floor to floor. It takes a few minutes to get from Beach Vista to Dubai Marina by car and 20 minutes to get to Downtown, Dubai Mall and Dubai International Airport.

ORLA is a residential complex by OMNIYAT scheduled for completion at the end of 2026. ORLA is located on Palm Jumeirah and consists of three towers and two mansions. The architectural firm Foster + Partners designed the project.

Flats in ORLA come fully finished, furnished and equipped with a smart home system and all household appliances. The complex boasts exquisite modern interiors. The spacious flats have huge windows, high ceilings and private terraces. The penthouses feature pools, a private entrance and a lift.

Other amenities include conference rooms, outdoor and indoor pools, a spa, fitness centre, private beach, a play area for children, library, hot tub and some saunas. Round-the-clock concierge service is also available.

ORLA is just 30 minutes away from the most significant places in Dubai: Dubai Marina, the airport, Business Bay and Downtown areas.

Once again, flats in ORLA come with a turnkey finish. The complex features two bedroom to four bedroom flats, villas, and penthouses. You can choose any layout for properties ranging in size from 260 to 2,044 square metres. Prices range from USD 6,261,892 to USD 1,916,133.

Bay by Cavalli

Bay by Cavalli is a residential complex in Dubai Harbour off the Persian Gulf and near the island of Palm Jumeirah. DAMAC Properties plans to commission the property in Q4 2024.

The complex consists of three 42-storey high-rise buildings with original wave-shaped facades, while most of the flats will offer spectacular views.

Infrastructure includes a garden, barbecue area, some pools and saunas, and a private beach.

Flats in Bay by Cavalli come with a turnkey finish. The interior design was developed in cooperation with the Italian brand Cavalli. Flats with one to three bedrooms can be found on the lower floors, while more spacious options with up to five bedrooms will occupy the upper floors. Prices start at USD 789,462.
