All utility services in Dubai are managed by a single provider, the state-owned Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, or DEWA. Read on to learn how you can pay for utilities: from Auto Pay to visiting customer centres.
DEWA prioritises fast and friendly customer service. DEWA uses a range of advanced technologies in its work, thereby affecting the number of payment options. In the past customers would have to go to a bank to pay for utilities. Now they can pay from home using a smartphone or computer. We will consider the different options for paying your DEWA bills in Dubai.
DEWA Website
You can pay all the utility bills on the DEWA website. You will just have to register your account first. You can use a credit or debit card, as well as Noqodi, a direct debit service.
DEWA Smart App
You can download the DEWA Smart App from the App Store or Google Play. There are several ways in which you can pay for your bills through the app: by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Noqodi, or Net Banking Dubai Now. You just need to sign up, enter your data, and pay for the services.

EasyPay
EasyPay is a relatively new payment system that you can use to pay your DEWA bills. You need to get an EasyPay number on the company’s official website or the DEWA Smart App. To make payments, you will also need the contract account number.
It is very easy to check your DEWA accounts in the EasyPay app: the system shows the data uploaded over the past year.
Apple Pay
You can also pay your DEWA bills with Apple Pay using a credit or debit card.
Auto Pay
You can activate the Auto Pay option in DEWA App and Dubai Now App. In this case, the DEWA utility bill will be automatically debited from your bank account each month. You can set a limit on the debited amount in the app.
