Height: 318 metres, 70 floors.
The Magnolias Waterfront Residences Tower is a prominent component of the expansive Iconsiam complex situated along the Chao Phraya River. Constructed in 2018, this tower holds the distinction of being the tallest building in both Bangkok and Thailand. Globally, it ranks 158th among skyscrapers.
The lower levels of the building house an expansive mall that spans 525,000 square metres. Additionally, the Magnolias Waterfront Residences Tower is home to the Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok ICS, offering 244 units for guests. Besides its distinction as the tallest building in Thailand, this skyscraper has garnered several international accolades, including the 2019 World Retail Awards for Best Design.

King Power MahaNakhon
Height: 314 metres, 78 floors.
The King Power MahaNakhon Tower held the title of the tallest skyscraper in Bangkok from 2016 to 2018, until the completion of the Iconsiam complex. Despite no longer holding the height record, this skyscraper still showcases one of the most cutting-edge designs in the city. Its distinctive design features a towering glass prism that appears to fragment into separate blocks, creating an exceptionally futuristic appearance.
The King Power MahaNakhon Tower is a versatile structure, housing both residential units and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, complete with its own restaurants and bars. One of its standout features is the observation deck located on the 78th floor, which serves as the main tourist attraction of King Power MahaNakhon. Visitors can savour a panoramic view of Bangkok from this vantage point and even test their nerves by walking on the glass floor, providing a unique perspective of the bustling streets below.

Baiyoke Tower II
Height: 309 metres, 85 floors.
The Baiyoke Tower II, constructed in 1997, held the distinction of being Bangkok's tallest building for nearly two decades, until 2016 when the title was claimed by King Power MahaNakhon. This skyscraper is home to the luxurious Baiyoke Sky Hotel, spanning over 80 floors and offering 673 units. Notably, it stands as one of the tallest hotels in Southeast Asia.
There is an observation deck and a round sky walk on the upper floors, where both hotel guests and visitors can enjoy the views of the city.

Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok
Height: 301 metres, 74 floors.
The Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok is the fourth tallest skyscraper in Bangkok and the 23rd highest residential high-rise in the world. There are 355 units for rent or sale.
Completed in 2019, the Four Seasons Private Residences is frequently regarded as one of the most opulent properties in Bangkok. The skyscraper boasts breathtaking views from its windows, encompassing the scenic Chao Phraya River and the surrounding areas. Often referred to as "the last golden site" in the city, this tower was erected during the zenith of the Thai real estate market when available space for construction was dwindling.

Height: 276 metres, 61 floors.
One City Centre, commissioned in 2023, stands as the newest addition to our list. This 61-floor skyscraper accommodates a range of offices, including the headquarters of Raimon Land Public Limited and Mitsubishi Estate, along with the developers' offices.
Custom-designed gardens surround the minimalistic skyscraper and create a comfortable space to rest after work.
