The ultra-luxury Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences, which opened its doors in January 2023, is poised to become Dubai's newest iconic landmark. One Za’abeel

One Za’abeel comprises two impressive 59-floor skyscrapers, perfectly positioned in the heart of Dubai's thriving financial and business district. These towers will be united by the world's longest cantilever, a remarkable steel bridge aptly named "The Link." LIV LUX Dubai Marina

LIV Developers has officially announced the commencement of construction for the LIV LUX Dubai Marina residential skyscraper in Dubai. This remarkable 47-floor tower will offer a diverse selection of apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, along with two-level duplex penthouses boasting terraces, zen gardens, jacuzzis, and private massage zones. Designed with modern living in mind, the complex will feature a smart home system, providing seamless automation for residents. The amenities within the building will be nothing short of extraordinary. Aldar Properties, in collaboration with Diamond Developers, is proud to unveil 'The Sustainable City,' situated on the artificial island of Yas in Abu Dhabi. This visionary project is tailored for environmentally-conscious buyers seeking to embrace a close connection to nature. With an unwavering commitment to sustainability, all developments within this city will be powered by renewable energy sources, including solar panels, and seamlessly connected to high-efficiency systems. The development will also feature the Plaza mixed-use complex, comprising five low-rise blocks, housing an array of shops, restaurants, cafes, offices, and apartments for rent. Construction for 'The Sustainable City' is set to commence in the second quarter of 2023, with the first phase scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Jubail Island

Jubail Island in Abu Dhabi is spread out over 5,000 hectares of mangrove forests and coastal estuaries. LEAD Development proposes the creation of six exceptional residential settlements, accommodating a total of 5,000 residents:

  • Marfaa Al Jubail. An oasis of upscale lifestyle with a marina, a clubhouse, boutique apartments, luxury villas, restaurants, and shops.
  • Surrounded by spectacular mountain ridges, Nad Al Dhabi embodies the principle of living in a park. Several residential enclaves will be arranged along the coastline. 
  • Seef Al Jubail is a quiet community with spacious villas. Some of them are located along the coastline, others in a cluster. Close to beaches, a beach club and public parks, the area is perfect for families with children.
  • Souk Al Jubail will consist of pedestrian residential neighbourhoods, squares, and green areas with playgrounds. 
  • Ain Al Maha is a secluded residence area with a picturesque landscape. There will be an eco-trail made of wood flooring and running through mangrove forests.
  • Bed'a Al Jubail is a first-class resort with hotels, spa, and wellness centres.

In addition to housing, the project includes restaurants, sport facilities, childcare centres, schools, clinics, community and business centres. The complex will offer spacious and landscaped outdoor areas, including parks, walking paths, kayaking stations and cycling tracks for nature enthusiasts and water sports fans. The first 300 villas will be built by the Arabian Construction Company by the fourth quarter of 2023.

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

In 2023, Dubai will witness the grand opening of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, an extraordinary ultra-luxury resort by the renowned global luxury hotel chain, Jumeirah Group. Taking the form of a magnificent superyacht, this resort will serve as the final piece in the ocean trilogy alongside the iconic wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the world-famous sail-shaped Burj Al Arab. The new resort will feature 386 hotel rooms and suites, as well as four exquisite penthouses featuring yacht-style terraces. The resort will also house 83 hotel apartments, all nestled amidst beautifully landscaped private gardens.The hotel will also showcase wellness and entertainment centres, luxurious spas, an array of branded restaurants, multiple swimming pools, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. This architectural marvel is a masterpiece brought to life by the award-winning architect Shaun Killa. Adding to its allure, the interiors have been meticulously crafted by the highly accomplished French designer Tristan Auer, known for his extensive experience with luxury brands, in collaboration with Wilson Associates.

Ciel Tower

In 2024, The First Group will unveil Ciel Tower, the world's tallest aparthotel. Standing tall with 82 floors and a height of 365 metres, it will host 1,042 luxury apartments. The tower will also house restaurants, a relaxation terrace, the Horizon Lounge, an observation deck, a business lounge, a spa, parking, a fitness centre, and the stunning Infinity Sky Pool, offering breathtaking views. Notably, the building's design earned recognition at the 2019 International Property Awards, winning in three esteemed categories: Best International Hotel Architecture, Best Hotel Architecture in Arabia, and Best High-rise Architecture in Arabia.
