Best Flats in New Developments in Dubai Marina

Right now Dubai Marina is one of the most sought-after districts for accommodation and real estate investments. The best flat in Bluewaters Bay overlooks Ain Dubai, the world’s tallest and largest observation wheel. Officially opened in 2021, it is not operational at present.

Bluewaters Bay will feature flats with floor areas ranging from 74 to 91 square metres for USD 980,258 and above. The buyer can also pay in instalments. The amount can be split into several parts: a 20% down payment, 60% during the construction work, and the remaining 20% in Q3 2027 when the complex is scheduled for completion.

LIV Marina

A residential complex by LIV Real Estate Development will appear on the waterfront. The panoramic windows of most of the flats in the tower will provide a view of the canal and the bay.

Prices start at USD 272,294. The developer offers instalment plans: 10% at the time of the reservation of a flat, 10% within 60 days, then three more payments of 10% every six months and the remaining 50% closer to the end of construction, in May 2025.

Marina Living

LMD is building a new residential complex not far from the canal, next to Al Emreef Street and Dubai’s main thoroughfare, Sheikh Zayed Road.

The developer offers flats with one or two bedrooms: from 74 square metres going for USD 374,354.

Payment can be split into several stages: 5% - at the time of the reservation of the flat, 15% - at the time of the signing of the sale and purchase agreement, four payments of 5% every three months, then 10% every six months, and the remaining 40% - when you get the keys. Completion of the construction is scheduled for Q2 2025.

Marina Gate

Marina Gate is a completed tower complex designed by Select Group. As the name implies, the complex is situated near the entrance to Dubai Marina. Some flats overlook the Persian Gulf and the harbour, others – the Emirates golf course.

When Dubai Marina residents leave the building, they will immediately find themselves on a pedestrian promenade with more than 300 shops and 70 restaurants. In a few minutes, you can reach the Skydive Dubai centre. Beach fans can relax both in Dubai Marina and in Jumeirah Beach Residence.
